PACKING & HANDLING

All items are carefully packed in customised protective packaging and all duty of care is taken to ensure that your item arrives intact and unmarked.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free Delivery within Australia for all orders over $100

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Prints are made to order so please allow up to 7 business days for production of artwork and typically within 2-3 business days for delivery thereafter. Original artwork orders will be processed and shipped once full payment is received. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please email us if you require tracking details.

All packages must be signed for upon delivery. If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a card notifying you of the missed delivery and the parcel will be delivered to the local Australia Post Office for collection. To avoid delay and inconvenience, please include a delivery address where someone is in attendance during business hours.

All delivery costs are calculated at the checkout based on current Australia Post rates for the weight of the order and its destination.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders attract a shipping fee based on your delivery location. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Prints are made to order so please allow up to 7 business days for production of artwork and typically within 10-14 business days for delivery thereafter. Orders sent outside Australia are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail. Visit the Australia Post website to ascertain timing to your country.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

RETURNS

We do not operate a refund or exchange policy for ‘change of mind’ returns. In the rare and unfortunate event that your purchase is damaged on arrival, you may return the merchandise for a full exchange less shipping costs. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. You must pay the postage for the return of the item and Dan Tomkins Studio will pay the postage for the delivery of the replacement item (subject to availability). Items must be as delivered and in original packaging with the accompanying certificate of authenticity. Please notify us by email at info@dantomkins.com stating the item details and whether you would like to arrange a replacement or refund (subject to availability of original item ordered).

Please note that exchanges or returns cannot be accepted for works that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or failure to take due and reasonable care of the item. It is important to ensure that any handling does not cause damage to your work. Avoid touching Limited Edition Prints directly with as oils and dirt from your hands can damage the artwork. Rough treatment of the artwork can scratch and harm the pigment.
