Falling Yakka Flowers

Ink and tea on paper
50 x 35cm

An ink drawing of falling yakka flowers was created from sketches made along the road to Penola in the south east of South Australia. The paper was stained with a tea wash prior to the gestural brush strokes of the dancing plants.
